1. Introduction
Welcome to Space Shooter: Galaxy War, developed and operated by MeowMeowDev. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non‑commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our explicit prior written consent.
5. In‑App Purchases
The Game may offer virtual items, skins, coins, revives, and other in‑game content for purchase with real money (collectively, “Virtual Items”).
- Virtual Items have no real‑world value and are for entertainment only.
- All purchases are final and non‑refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- We may modify or discontinue Virtual Items at any time without notice.
- If you delete your account or are banned for violating these Terms, you will lose all Virtual Items without compensation.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose all rights to use the Game and any Virtual Items or progress you may have earned.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
